Extended Life Vinyl (ELV) is .004" thick and is specially formulated for long lasting performance. 3M Scotchcal™ 3650 is .002" thick and is resistant to gasoline vapors and occasional petroleum spills when used for fleet and vehicle graphics.
3M Scotchcal™ can be applied to surfaces that have been riveted.

Both have a high-gloss finish and permanent, pressure-sensitive adhesive which makes them ideal for fleet marking or original equipment manufacturers.

Copy/Color Changes: Copy or color changes are available at the combined quantity price plus $34.00 per each change. Copy and color changes cannot be combined on the same order. Size and material must remain the same on entire order. Each change must fulfill the minimum quantity listed for that size.

Die Cutting: No die charge for decals with square corners unless either dimension is less than one inch. No die charge for circles with a diameter every 1/2". No die charge on repeat orders. All others add:
