Special Printing RequirementsBleed: We do not suggest setting up square corner (butt cut) labels with a bleed (ink coverage to all edges) -- if you have a reverse, we will then give you a small white border all around the edges of the label. This may require an upcharge. Die cut labels may bleed.
Fine copy in reverse: It is not recommended to go below 6 point type, depending on boldness of style selected if the label is to be printed in reverse.
Fading: We are unable to guarantee you sun resistance on some inks. If you have any label that will be exposed to a great deal of sunlight and are looking for longevity, then we must use special inks. Please state this requirement when placing order.
Moisture: If the label is to be exposed to moisture, then a varnish or a lamination film will be required in order to protect the ink from moisture or washing out. Durable label and decal options are available. Call or
email for details and pricing.
Adhesives: Different adhesives have different properties. It is very important that you advise us of any unusual characteristics of the surfaces to which the label will be affixed.
